Res. Assist. Mustafa Bekmezci, from the Department of Entrepreneurship, gave a conference on “Futurism and Entrepreneurship” to Kültür2000 College students on Wednesday, March 8 and to Kültür Science High School students on Friday, March 10.

Girişimcilik Bölümü öğrencilerimiz, 2022-2023 Güz Yarıyılı "Girişimcilik Atölyesi I" dersi kapsamında yatırım sunumu simülasyonu gerçekleştirdi. Within the scope of incorporation and entrepreneurship activities, a contract was signed at IKU Technology Transfer Office for the establishment of Avus Research Development Ind. and Trade Inc., of which our 2021-2022 Department of Entrepreneurship graduate Mustafa Yılmaz is a partner.

Res. Assist. Mustafa Bekmezci from the Department of Entrepreneurship academic staff, made a speech as a part of the 5th appeal period of the Evreka Pre-Incubation Center Project Competition organized by Kültür2000 College on Tuesday, December 6 .

In cooperation with the Department of Entrepreneurship and WSA (We Speak Aloud), the “2nd Equality Days” program was held at our Ataköy Campus on 3-4 December, with the aim of raising awareness on women's rights and equality between men and women .As a part of the event in which Res. Assist. Çağıl Kaya, Prof. Dr. Feryal Saygılıgil, Assoc. Dr. Ata Bertay , Bengisu Aydın and Zuhal Kaya gave their speeches, Theatre Boyalı Kuş's play "A Room of One's Own" and Nehir Çetintaş's dance show were staged to the audience's viewing pleasure.

In the fifth call period of the Evreka Incubater Center Project Contest, which was held by Kültür College on Wednesday, November 30, Assist. Prof. Artür Yetvart Mumcu from the Department of Entrepreneurship joined to the “Start Up Stand Up” activities with his speech “Crowdfunding in Entrepreneurship” and Res. Assist. Mustafa Bekmezci with his speech “Entrepreneurship Resilience and Sustainability.”

IKUVENT Club, which continues its activities within the Department of Entrepreneurship, took part in the TedxReset event held on Saturday, October 15 with the theme of #AlanAc.

The book titled "Current Approaches in Entrepreneurship", which was written thanks to the collaboration of respected academicians in the field and very valuable authors who have earned respect due to their work, was published under the editorship of the academicians of the Department Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Istanbul Kültür University (IKU).

The third award ceremony of the Start-Up Festival Idea Competition, organized by the Department of Entrepreneurship since 2019, was held at the Basın Express Campus Conference Hall on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
